Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Kosmet's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Kosmet provides Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) services for medical spas and aesthetic clinics. Our services include AI visibility audits, AEO implementation, and ongoing optimization.

3. Fees and Payment

Services are billed as follows:

• Setup fee: $2,000 one-time payment
• Monthly fee: $1,000 billed monthly
• Payment is due upon invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension.
• No long-term contracts. Cancel with 30 days notice.

4. Guarantee

We offer a 90-day guarantee: If you don't show up in AI answers within 90 days of AEO implementation, we will continue working free of charge until you do.

Limitations: Guarantee applies only to med spas that provide necessary business information and cooperate with our optimization requests.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Respond to information requests within 7 business days
• Make timely payments
• Notify us of any business changes that may affect AEO

6. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of all AEO methodologies, tools, and processes. You retain ownership of your business data and content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kosmet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive a prorated refund for any prepaid services not yet rendered.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or website notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
